Just received this book today and can't put it down. It has prayers along with the Lord's answer and how he sees us as his children. This book will make you want to pray more, talk to God, worship and praise him Nonstop. This book helps you to understand that God has a huge love just for you as his child. Whatever sadness hardship you feeling this book will help fill you with the beautiful gift of Peace, Love and Joy. You will want to do nothing but rest and abide in the shadow of the Almighty. Thank you for allowing the Spirit of God, leading your steps. During my reading of this book, I could stop the tears from flowing. I don’t think in my entire life have I really felt the live that the Father, has for me. I understand a lot more and will continue to walk by faith and trust the Father. May the peace, love and strength of his power upon you and you ministry. I love you with the love of God. Be blessed!
I browsed the book before I actually read it (which is unusual for me) and found some very interesting points that the author touched on that really got me thinking. When the author says that God feels hurt when we don't talk to him when we are feeling disappointed or are hurting, it really had impact on me. I hadn't thought about God in that light before...that He could feel hurt when we don't interact with Him.
There were several points that was discussed. Things that I already know, but reaffirmed my beliefs.
It's an easy read and a book that I will most likely refer back to.
I give this a 5 because it touched my heart and made me see passed my own self and to let God guide me, to have a closer walk with him and to carry everything to Christ. Not letting things destroy me, nor let me destroy other's by my words. When I am attack by Satan, to leave it the feet of Jesus, let him be our strength and he will pull me though the situation. I know I have spoken idle words and I pray that God forgives me and I pray everything I have said or done in my left be forgiven that God will have mercy on me an put me on the pAth to heaven, reaching out to help and lead others to our heavenly father, almighty God. I praise his holy name for everything in life eternal was given by God there is no other way to the kingdom of God.
I will say this book has been a blessing to me. God has spoke to me through this book especially about spending more time with Him.
What is prayer? If you ask me, I will say “Conversing with God.” You should feel His presence near you while talking with Him. Think of Him as your divine friend. Have an intimate relationship with Him.
Well! If you are still not able to figure out how to talk to God and get His blessings then this awesome book is a starter.
